总是筑面积为96006.07旷，

其中地上计容建筑面积60900.00世：地下建筑面积
32712.17四，机动车车位数约488辆（地下停车），建筑
32层，总高度140.00m。
园区内主办公楼采用南北向布置，争取南向良好日照及景
观。帮房底部架空，结合两个中庭，创造绿色的自然采光

Overseas Business Headquarters is located in the area directl
under the jurisdiction of Chengdu,Tianfu New Area,with a total
floor area of 96006.07 m,including 60900.00 m abe
floor area;The underground construction area is 32712.17
square meters,with approximately 488 motor vehicle parking
spaces (unde
parking).The building has 32 floors and a
total height of 140.00 meters.
The main office building in the park is arranged in a north-south

direction,striving for good sunlight and landscape in the south

direction.The bottom of the podium is elevated,combined with
two atriums to create green natural lighting and sunlight
conditions.The building adopts the green building two star
standard,fully considering various suitable methods,to create a
full life green building for construction and operation.The water

characteristics of the enterprise itself,achieving green and
energy-saving.
