厦门自明代泉州府同安县建立”中左所”开始，经过数百年的
发展，已发展成为镶嵌在海峡西岸的璀璨明珠。
厦门的总体印象是“小而精而美”，不足2平方公里的鼓浪屿荟
浪
萃万国建筑，不足160平方公里的本岛汇聚万种风情。厦门浪
漫而优雅，同安滨海的翩翩白鹭诉说鹭岛情愫，明城墙边的古
老榕树娓娓道来城市历史。厦门从容而自信，集美学村的朗朗
书声承载嘉庚先生理想，一岛一湾的城市美景寄托厦门骄傲。

TONGAN SEASIDE
Since the establishment of theZhongzuo Institute"in Tong'an
County,Quanzhou Prefecture in the Ming Dynasty Xiamen has
developed into a shining pearl embedded in the west bank of the
Strait after hundreds of years of development.
The overall impression of Xiamen is small but sophisticated and
beautiful.Gulangyu Island,which is less than 2 square kilometers
is a collection of buildings from all over the world,and the island.

styles.Xiamen is romantic and elegant.The graceful egrets on the
coast of Tong'an tell the love of Ludao,and the ancient banyan
trees next to the city wall in Ming Dynasty tell the history of the city.
Xiamen is calm and self-confident.The sound of the book in Jime
School Village carries the ideals of Mr.Jiageng,and the city beauty

兼具丰宫的自然要素与便利交通，东至
莲岳路，南至筼筜湖，西至狐尾山，北至仙岳山，快速路仙岳路贯
通东西。
设计范围共分为三个层次，分别是：总体城市设计范通约3平方公里，详
细城市设计范围约90公顷，建筑概念设计范围30公顷

Project Location
The base is close to the municipal government,with abundant natural
elements and convenient transportation.The base extends to Lianyue
Road in the east,Yundang Lake in the south,Huwei Mountain in the

west,and Xianyue Mountain in the north.The expressway Xianyue
Road runs from east to west.
The total land area of the base is about 3 square kilometers,the design
scope of key cities is 90 hectares,and the scope of architectural concept
design is 30 hectares.
