The project responds to the challenge by the Company management within a time limit and a budget very controlled, taking advantage to introduce new types of spaces that enable greater communication between all employees and group companies which were consolidated here.
3g office developed the project following the model of flexible office, thanks to the variety of workspaces; employees improve their productivity, communication and collaboration.
The proposal reflects a commitment to open space, which not only stimulates the relation between professionals, but also improves the lighting and atmosphere. Different offices and support spaces for common tasks and specific activities (reprographics recycling,…) were increased. Enclosed spaces were designed such as quiet rooms and phone booths that allow the employee a practical use for informal meetings, work or concentration or even for confidential phone calls. Other areas covered are the meeting rooms with capacity for more than four people, and the various spaces and environments in the areas of stimulus relationships were considered, such as implementation of cafe points, workbench plug-in and lounge area.
The diversity of spaces proposed by 3g office aligned with the strategy and culture of Sanofi Aventis provides a solution to the current needs of the company and its employees.
