Orator is a multipurpose object designed by young Russian designer Katia Tolstykh. Katia set out to combine multiple functions with this project. As a result, Orator is an ergonomic feeder, a bird’s nest, with it’s principal element being a “speaker”. The speaker’s function is to better disseminate the sounds of singing birds by way of a timber and copper birdhouse.
