Sixthriver was asked to design the Newmark Knight Frank offices, the global commercial real estate advisory firm’s location in Austin, Texas.
Sixthriver provided interior design services of a first generation lease space for Newmark Knight Frank at the The Offices at Walsh Tarlton, a class A office building also designed by Sixthriver, in Austin, Texas.
The design intent was to create a dynamic space where the global and local culture of Newmark translate the built environment into a vibrant intersection of architectural details and form. It was unique that they wanted to relate the design of the space to the local geography and landscape in lieu of focusing on Austin culture specifically.
This is intentionally reflected in the reception feature wall that alludes to the intersection of local rivers, bridges and the greenbelt.
