ID Studios, Inc. was tasked with the design of the BioMed Realty Trust offices, a real estate investment company, located in San Diego, California.
When Biomed Realty decided to relocate their office to the UTC area to be in a more centralized area for their client base, the goals for their new office was to create a show-piece in an environment that is clean, crisp, modern, and maximizes natural light while integrating the latest in technology.
The people of BioMed Realty are more than just real estate experts, they are heavily invested in the success of their clients who impact public health and well-being, and quite simply can change the world. BioMed is the intersection of science and architecture and we wanted to reflect the fact that they are a solid foundation, and an inspiring partner to work with.
