Дизайн квартиры для молодой актрисы и композитора.

Квартира располагается в жилом доме сталинского ампира на Кутузовском проспекте в Москве.

Перед нами стояла задача создать современный, светлый и тёплый интерьер, в стиле эклектика. 

В данной трактовке, этот стиль представлен более сдержанным и спокойным, где все помещения, выполнены в единой цветовой гамме. 

В качестве главного акцента в проекте, было решено оставить старую позолоченную консоль с зеркалом, но перекрасив их в чёрный цвет и поставив напротив входа в гостиную, обрамив композицию панелями МДФ, для усиления акцента на этих необычных элементах прошлого.

Данный приём позволил создать некоторую самобытность в интерьере. 

В ходе небольшой перепланировки, а именно, соединения кухни и гостиной, обнажились конструктивные элементы (ригели). Которые было решено оставить, не декорируя и сделав частью интерьера.  

Так же было решено демонтировать старый и не действующий мусоропровод в кухне, тем самым, увеличив площадь самой кухни. 

 

Apartment design for a young actress and composer.

The apartment is located in a residential building of the Stalinist Empire style on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow.

Our task was to create a modern, light and warm interior, in the eclectic style.

In this interpretation, this style is presented more restrained and calm, where all rooms are made in the same color scheme.

As the main accent in the project, it was decided to leave the old gilded console with a mirror, but repainted them black and put them in front of the entrance to the living room, framing the composition with MDF panels, to enhance the emphasis on these unusual elements of the past.

This technique allowed to create some originality in the interior.

In the course of a small redevelopment, namely, the connection of the kitchen and the living room, the structural elements (crossbars) were exposed. Which it was decided to leave without decorating and making it part of the interior.

It was also decided to dismantle the old and non-functioning garbage chute in the kitchen, thereby increasing the area of ​​the kitchen itself.
