东京知名餐厅“Edo Robata kemuri”将于2013年12月31日在上海虹桥开启中国第一家分
店。业主希望餐厅氛围类似电影“杀死比尔”那样，用世界可接受的语言展示亚洲文化。此
外kemuri在日语中有烟雾的意思，希望可以展示出烟雾文化。从外立面竹障透过大面积的
玻璃门窗能看见内部的红色主色调。在空间中使用线---传统的麻绳进行表现。粗麻绳由许
多小麻绳编成，这暗示了人与人之间的团结与协作。
