Gamma Design recently outfitted a new office space for K&K, a Bulgarian development company located in Sofia. A goal of the design was to represent the company’s image in an elegant way. Gamma provides the following notes: “Within the space a necessary differentiation was made between the reception area, conference room and director’s office with adjoining washroom facilities.
The reception is separated from the conference room by glass partition walls. The selection of elements such as wall and coverings are in soft earth tones, creating contrast between the sandy beige and dark shades of exotic Mongolian wood and matte black lacquer. This contrast was continued into the director’s office and adjoining washroom.
Office chairs are cast polished aluminum and leather. These, combined with uncluttered shelving units of anodised black aluminum and MDF, by Italian company Porro, were selected to give a light and airy feel.
