ROSA CHA
Dramatic colors and cuts define Brazilian bathing-suit brand Rosa Cha, and AvroKO designed this Soho shop with a matching sense of theater. Mesh display cages convert to seating for in-store runway shows and drawers slide open to reveal embellished garments presented like jewels on velvet, while the gold-frame ceiling references the ornate, coffered versions common to the South American country. Two dressing salons in back provide the ultimate stage: each measures 100 square feet and contains a cylindrical changing room and a tufted sofa, giving shoppers a private place to parade before friends.
