Poise’ is a counterweighted candlestick designed to balance over a shelf or table edge.
A contemporary twist on a traditional object. Poise was originally hand made and then
auctioned by Elle Decoration Magazine for the charity Shelter and later produced as a
limited edition of 200 and exhibited in Acqua di Parma’s ‘Scentsation’ show during the
Salone del Mobile in Milan 2004.
Two Create
Two Create is an award winning multidisciplinary design agency offering a full range of
client services from art direction, branding, spatial and product design to packaging and
print. Two Create was founded in 2002 by husband and wife team Lucy and Tobie
Snowdowne. The couple met whilst studying product design at Central Saint Martins in
London. The company, now based in East London, has a small team of dedicated
designers and collaborates with a network of creatives from photographers to web
designers. Two Create is a boutique consultancy, which has the ability to react quickly
and adapt to meet a project’s requirements.
Although Two Create is known for its intuitive design approach and pared down
aesthetic, the consultancy prides itself on its ability to become immersed in a client’s
ideology and brand strategies, producing innovative bespoke solutions tailored to each
brief.
