　　现代社会的压力来源
　　在不同的社会环境，造成的压力是不一样的，而在同样的环境，是否感受到压力，也会有个体的差异。
　　可是压力可以基本上分为物质上的和精神上的，其中，精神方面的压力是现代人感受到的最直观和最常见
　　的一种。
　　压力多数是有一些环境因素造成，这个因素可能是来自于人，也就是人给予人的压力，也可以是事务。
　　压力的来源包括很多，比如，家庭，单位，社会大气候，个人追求，人与人的相处，机械化的生活方式等
　　等。压力总是具有暗示性，长期性，有一个渐进的和积累的过程。在这个过程中，如果压力无法排遣，造
　　成的痛苦是巨大的，甚至会产生心理问题。
　　为什么现代人会有这么多的压力呢?社会的进步与发展，经济水平的大幅提高，为什么反而觉得不那么
　　幸福?也许，每个人在人生的不同阶段，都会有那个阶段侧重的压力，不过，目前的社会大的趋势，给人
　　的压力越来越集中，各种心理问题成为人们谈论的焦点，这也反映了一个社会的焦虑心态，大家都在饱受
　　压力之苦。
　　如何派遣压力，缓解焦虑，不紧紧是一人的问题，必须上升到更高的层面来看，只有这个社会环境改善
　　了，个体受的制约跟影响减少了，个人的压力问题才容易解决。都说，现在是转型中的社会，也提倡和谐
