今年在纽约举行的国际当代家具展是另一场坚实的展览-从字面上讲，有大量的木制家具、天然材料和设计，经得起时间的考验。噱头被淘汰了，传统的美国手艺也出现了，用它的新的MatterMade系列家具-纽约品牌的第一个室内收藏-对其进行了华丽的诠释。
今年，随着Noho设计区的推出，卫星节目的中心位置从布鲁克林很方便地转移到了曼哈顿。在“看不见”的指导下，休斯敦街以北一小片布满家具店的Noho举办了一场由新兴设计师和老牌设计师组成的令人兴奋的工作聚会，其中包括弹出式商店、展览、开放式工作室等等。
