The team wanted the space between the lobby and the restaurant to feel consistent, so they continued to play with this metaphor of using colors to represent the rocky Atlantic coastline. “The palette shifts slightly between the spaces, where the restaurant has some brighter energy to reflect the Mission Restaurant vision,” says Laura. “The stained blue library chairs on the color-blocked orange, black, and white flat-weave rug introduce the restaurant experience and lead your eye into the space.”
