Wirt Design Group recently completed the design of the FTI Consulting offices, a business advisory firm located in Century City, California. FTI is an independent global firm with its Century City team’s focus in the media and entertainment industry. In relocating to a new space, they wanted to reinforce their diverse and collaborative culture by creating a fresh, new workplace that was desirable not only for their clients but also for themselves. The reception acts a hub to foster a feeling of belonging with the front desk integrated into a coffee bar that leads guests and employees into the break room. The adjacent large meeting room is able to fully open up to the break room and reception allowing for flexibility between all hands meetings and entertaining their clients. WDG focused on positioning the open office space to utilize the expansive views over the adjacent golf course to give FTI’s employees a lighter, brighter, and more enjoyable space to work from. The modern yet energetic feel of the space pushes this location’s identity to better match their brand with updated technology, ergonomics, and amenities through flexibility and visual openness.
