Anchor Capital Advisors LLC, is a storied investment management company whose passion, performance and commitment to service is centered on tradition and meticulous research.
Anchor Capital was looking to relocate from the space they had been in for over 30 years into a new space that reflects their recently refreshed brand and gives their employees more transparency.
Unispace was brought on to help them identify a new location and adhere to their strict schedule. We worked closely with senior leadership to understand who they were as an organization as well as understand the message they wanted their space to convey to their employees, clients and the marketplace. By employing the full methodology our Strategy, Design and Delivery teams worked together from the onset to progressively budget. This allowed Anchor Capital to make design decisions early on in the process, avoiding the need to redesign later on.
Anchor Capital’s new office introduces glass fronted offices, allowing for more light and transparency throughout and branded graphics that embrace the company’s culture and infuse the brand throughout the space.
