DZAP has realized the office design for Alliance, a housing association located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
When a third organisation joined an Alliance based in the Zuidas area of Amsterdam, the current office was found wanting in terms of space and functionality.
The office is generally used by a small permanent team that is always present, however, one week a month, during the joint meeting sessions, it also has to accommodate 100 to 150 people. Not only does this profile require an extremely flexible office space, ample meeting facilities for both small and very large groups are also needed.
DZAP designed and completely renovated the office interior for this Alliance. Along with the interior, the project included extensive upgrades to the HVAC system, smart office automation, state-of-the-art yet easy-to-use AV equipment and work to optimise the acoustics.
The office underwent this transformation in close collaboration with the Alliance’s design team. The result reflects the Alliance’s corporate values and projects a modern, international image so that all the business partners feel at home there.
