Casa AK foi concluída no ano de 2020 e possui aproximadamente 500m2. Está localizada em um condomínio horizontal na cidade de Goiânia, Goiás.
O terreno em aclive possibilitou a implantação da residência no nível mais alto permitido. Deste modo, o pavimento térreo ficou dois metros acima da rua, permitindo uma vista maior dos moradores em relação à mata frontal. É importante ressaltar que os edifícios laterais e de fundo cerciaram as demais possibilidades de amplitude visual. A insolação juntamente com a visualidade frontal definiu o desenvolvimento da planta da casa. Deste modo, a praça da piscina dá as boas vindas ao morador e convida para o pavilhão social com conceito de sala varanda. Neste ponto, todos os ambientes se integram através de aberturas em esquadrias de alumínio. As aberturas laterais estão no limite do recuo e são ocupadas por jardim, trazendo a natureza para dentro da casa.
Ainda com a ideia de potencializar a relação da casa com a natureza, jardins suspensos atendem tanto os ambientes sociais como a circulação íntima. No pavimento superior estão as suítes e ainda uma ampla sala de televisão.
Dá rua, o muro frontal com os portões se comportam como uma repetição dos materiais do segundo pavimento, mesclando pedra e brises em alumínio.
O térreo envidraçado é um elemento de contraste no monolito, revelado somente quando estamos no nível de lazer com piscinas, varandas e salas.
A casa pouco se mostra da rua. Isso faz com que a atmosfera aconchegante impressa nos ambientes se torne uma revelação agradável aos olhos.

Casa AK was completed in 2020 and has approximately 500m2. It is located in a horizontal condominium in the city of Goiânia, Goiás.
The sloping terrain made it possible to implant the residence at the highest level allowed. Thus, the ground floor was two meters above the street, allowing a greater view of the residents in relation to the frontal forest. It is important to emphasize that the lateral and bottom buildings surrounded the other possibilities of visual amplitude. Sunstroke together with frontal visuality defined the development of the house plan. In this way, the pool square welcomes the resident and invites to the social pavilion with the concept of a veranda room. At this point, all environments are integrated through openings in aluminum frames. The side openings are at the edge of the setback and are occupied by a garden, bringing nature into the house.
Still with the idea of enhancing the relationship between the house and nature, hanging gardens serve both social environments and intimate circulation. On the upper floor are the suites and a large TV room.
On the street, the front wall with the gates behave like a repetition of the materials on the second floor, mixing stone and aluminum louvers.
The glazed ground floor is an element of contrast in the monolith, revealed only when we are at the leisure level with swimming pools, balconies and rooms.
The house is barely visible from the street. This makes the cozy atmosphere printed in the environments become a revelation pleasing to the eye.
