KHID delivered a flexible design strategy to accommodate the workplace needs of Medhealth, a service provider in Melbourne, Australia.
A prime example of supporting company resilience through adaptable design. The Medhealth project successfully navigated the challenges of 2020, illustrating the importance and effectiveness of strategic workplace design in empowering businesses.
A flexible design strategy was deployed to suit the various branches within Medhealth and their specific needs; focusing on integration and allowing for varying resourcing strategies over time.
This project sought to develop a versatile and unified fitout that reflected the community spirit whilst also empowering individuality. When faced with the uncertainty and restrictions of the pandemic, the project pivoted to put even more focus on the individual experience – ensuring social distancing and safety were key priorities.
