Studio+ maintained cohesive materials and colors throughout the Venture X coworking offices to appeal to a dynamic work experience in Naples, Florida.

With over 50 locations opened and dozens more in development, Venture X founders David and Brett Diamond partnered with design firm Studio + for their second location in Naples, Florida. Naples is where Venture X’s first location was launched, and the company was founded. This new location occupies the entire top floor of the newly completed sustainable and modern designed Lutgert Professional Center in the heart of Naples.

The client’s goal was to design a luxury office environment that brought the outdoors in and promoted wellness and nature in a place everyone would love coming to work.

Floor-to-ceiling glass surrounds the entire building perimeter to bring natural lighting to every office and capture views of the coastal skyline.

Miami-based award-winning biophilic design studio, Plant the Future, designed biophilic environments to promote well-being and a connection with nature. The design includes moss art walls, vertical living gardens, floor plantings, and botanical table art pieces.

For wellness, a touchless entry system allows access from car to office without the need to touch a door or elevator button. Restrooms feature touch-free faucets, hand drying, and door access. HVAC systems are designed with fresh air exchanges every 20 minutes. The IAQ, indoor air quality, is enhanced by interior duct UV lighting and advanced filtering systems. The sustainable design also includes reclaimed woods, exposed structures, and low E insulated shaded windows.

The amenity-rich space includes a wellness room, meditation room,40-person training room, four phone booths, two conversation booths, three conference rooms, and a soft seating tableless meeting room. The Podcast room provides members with state-of-the-art live production audio and video equipment, and the room is surrounded by random-width white oak paneling and earth tone acoustic wall felt. The café is open to the large soft seating boutique lounge, which functions as an after-hours event space for 125 guests. The work areas are designed for a diverse entrepreneurial community. Private offices for 225 persons meet the demand for productive and comfortable workspaces. Other workspace areas provide for 24 dedicated desks and 16 shared desks.

The lounge, cafe, and common spaces offer warm, inviting spaces with natural finishes. The finishes include white oak wood floors, random-width oak wood paneling, exposed concrete columns, exposed concrete ceiling structures, and living bio walls. The furnishings are large soft seating pieces in light earth-tone fabrics and natural walnut and oak woods that fill the expansive lounge.
