项目位于通州区永顺镇，地处北京长安街延长线东端，通惠河与北运河交汇处为通州旧城核心区边缘位置。建筑为162米的超高层建筑，共45层。建筑以万科业主的企业理念“建筑无限生活”为概念主导，也为创新设计提供了一次特别的机会，同时实现一个独特的绿色建筑设计——一个将会成为通州区运河核心区领先地位的生态公寓住宅建筑。

This project is located in Yongshun, Tong Zhou district, Beijing, where the site meets the extension of the east of Chang An Street, which is also the intersection of the north canal and Tonghui River. It is a 45 storied high rise with a height of 162 meters. This building starts with VanKe’s enterprise culture “construct the infinite life”, which provides a special opportunity for creative designs and also brings us an ecological building with uniqueness —— an ecological apartment building that is going to be in the leading position of Tong Zhou canal district.

形体及结构一直是高层建筑设计的重要问题。本概念受白纸弯曲后产生表面张力现象的启发，通过形体的扭曲转换，使整体结构受力重新分配，承载力被更为合理的传递于建筑基部，在有效提高结构稳定性的基础上创造优美动感的建筑形体，并将绿色共享空间有机植入其中。

Two of the main aspects of high rise designing that architects normally put their attentions on are massing and structure. The idea of the building’s massing came from the phenomenon that bended paper will create tension on its own surface which will make it possible for the paper to bear its own loads. Loads are redistributed more reasonably in the structure and transferred to the very foundation of the building by twisting the massing according to structure calculation and optimization, based on which a more graceful massing with a sense of movement is created，containing the integrated green spaces inside.

基地处于自然景观和密集城市的分界线，建筑位于基地的南北向，呈细长状，在最大程度上给自身带来当地最佳景观朝向和城市全貌。建筑的朝向和形状经过旋转，在空间上能够更加融洽和和谐的过渡到两个截然不同的景象。通过调整建筑下端线条，使得建筑与场地的空间形态更具多样性，制造出更为丰富的广场绿色共享空间，与城市空间自然衔接，并使得建筑观景面延长。

This building is located on the boundary where natural landscape meets the city. Sitting on the south-north diagonal, this building is trying to get a maximum view of the city. Building massing is rotated specifically to create a gradient space transformation between two different space types. Diversity of green square open spaces are formed via adjusting the bottom curvature of the building, in which way the square space is merging much more naturally to the city and makes the building’s view effectively extended.

第一步
在建筑内部错落布置共享绿色空间，强调加入绿色生态技术，使建筑与自然环境共生为一体。
Step one:
Green public open spaces are scattered in the building. Architecture and environment coexist as a whole by introducing the ecological technology to the inner spaces.

第二步
将有机变化的立面表皮结与建筑空间相结合，达成空间内外统一，并使得立面效果新颖独特。
Step two:
Combine the façade and inner spaces with an organic façade pattern to integrate the inner spaces and the outer spaces, creating a novel and unique envelope for the building.

第三步
最终的建筑形态于场地，于自身完全架构于自然和谐的景观之中。内有绿色庭院，外有延展而多元化的观景面，最大化利用基地周边优美自然景观，使建筑空间得到高品质提升。
Step three:
The relationship between the site and the finalized building is constructed in the landscape with peace and harmony. While facing the diversity of the view to the city and the inner courtyard spaces, building’s space quality is highly increased by maximizing the usage of environment that surrounds the building.
