• Helio‘s In House Design Team created the 17th Fleming Palace coworking offices as a playful, dynamic, and thoughtful space in Stockholm, Sweden.

• Helio has brought the 17th Fleming Palace back to life as a coworking space, situated next to the Royal Castle in the Old Town with unbroken water views over the islands of Stockholm.

• This conceptual space boasts a cosmopolitan design expression featuring Italian vintage furniture, where social interaction and professional development take center stage. The 17th century interiors have been meticulously restored and paired with a unique blend of new and vintage, including a substantial part of interiors and products specially commissioned and designed by artists from Stockholm.
