- When first getting to know Transmit, an Israeli cyber company, in their previous offices we were pleasantly surprised. We discovered a company with a warm character, staff members with a light in their eyes and a very homey feeling in the surroundings.
- We were asked to plan and design for them an office that would serve their needs while maintaining a warm design style. In particular, they wanted functional design elements that served to connect people, creating situations with a very fine line between the feeling of working in an office and sitting in a living room.
- The cafeteria area is a junction on the office floor, a space combining lounge-style seating area and bleacher-like seating suited for for coffee breaks, rest or meetings of all the company’s employees together.
- We chose to use rustic materials – with exposed concrete, old-style oak, semi-processed handmade tiles, glass with a pattern, exposed and black iron, leather fabrics with a warm smoky feeling.
- This combination of industrialized, smoky, rustic materiality and homey warmth, expressed through the curtains, warm lighting and soft furniture, came together to create a personalized space for the Transmit company reflected in every area of their new offices.
