The project goal: Create a creative architectural concept and use generative AI to create advertising and presentation-quality visualizations in a short timeframe.
Workflow: The project started with a quick hand sketch, then in Autodesk Revit we created the basic architectural forms. Then we transferred the model to Autodesk 3ds max, where we put angles and created the rough environment and people. After creating Clay renders that you have seen above, all further work was done with AI tools (Stable Diffusion + ControlNet and Photoshop Beta)
Project Description: The architectural concept "Mountain viewpoint" is a 2-storey concrete building with a viewing platform and a small restaurant. The view of the incredible Norwegian views can be seen from the open street side of the building as well as from the restaurant on the 1st floor. On the second floor of the building there is a recreational area for tired travelers.
Conclusion: the benefits of AI for the tasks of ideation and rapid concept generation are undeniable, which has been confirmed both by our commercial experience and by the work of a huge number of AI enthusiasts around the world. This project was not about creating fast images to re-prove the advantage of speed, but about trying to create final presentational quality results based on a specific project. Undoubtedly there are various artifacts and problems that are not hard to see. But we were very happy with the result and it has inspired us to do a lot of research to improve the quality even further
