The task was to develop a conceptual project for a cultural center in Kyiv on a given site. After analyzing the site, I decided to develop an experimental concept where the focus was shifted from architecture to the park.
Site analysis - finding the background for concept formation.
Generating ideas through sketching.
Working on the concept of the project.
So, the main idea of the project is to create more green space as a park since Kyiv has poor green areas which cause overheating city in the summertime.
Understanding the shape of the building.
Taking to account the energy efficiency of the building
Working on the details of the facade.
