The cleanliness of the facade is very important, as it reveals the potential of the overall pristine surroundings.

The materials of the house were selected to feel a chilling calm every time you look at the house, every time you touch it. At the same time, during the warm and sunny wether, the house is filled with light and comfort, the textured concrete on the facade acquires shades of warm tones.
A two-height space allows you to break down the barrier between the surroundings and the interior of the house, so when you get into the main common room - you will breathe freedom every time you appear there.
