The location's feature is the immediate proximity of the office building to the Kharkiv River and a wide recreational area along the waterfront - the embankment. The office center project proposes the development of the embankment and the arrangement of a green square with direct access to the river.Additionally, the location of the office center defines the difference between the two longitudinal facades - the northern and southern ones. The northern facade, facing a narrow street, is made of lightweight translucent materials, creating a visual lightness of the office center. The southern facade, overlooking the river, is made of systems with active sun protection.
The conditions of existence of the two facades are so different that there is an architectural necessity to connect them with a wide internal street represented by a long atrium. The center of the atrium has an extension resembling a well on each floor. The building's form features a smooth and sinuous facade, reminiscent of a river's curve, and is constructed of lightweight perforated semi-transparent mesh and turquoise glass. The center of the facade includes a wide through tunnel, which serves as a recreational space for the office center's employees. Here, there is a small park with views of the river.
