• Geyer Environments designed a warm office for Kuehne+Nagel with space for focused team work in Seoul, South Korea.

• After residing in their previous space for 15 years, the company desired a modern workplace that can adapt to progressive staff needs, and be a post-Covid response that promotes health and wellbeing.

• From sustainable materials, lighting types, and live plant selections, to providing shower, unisex restrooms, ample shoe closets, and providing diverse spaces to work, meet, and socialize with colleagues – the employee experience of wellbeing became the core design driver of the project.

• Although the catalyst for the project was centered around business growth and the need for more space – this became an opportunity to improve the employee experience around wellbeing, making this a desirable destination for work.

• From the company’s vision and goals for their staff, key design drivers were established around MOVEMENT, CONNECTING PEOPLE, TRANQUILITY, and a LOCAL FLAIR to resonate in the design.

• The aesthetic combines a soft expression that promotes both movement and calmness.
