• Licious’s “MEATY” Workplace

• Licious, India’s leading fresh meat brand, sought to reflect its identity in their new workplace design. Space Matrix partnered with Licious to create a space that was not only functional but also embodied the brand’s essence and values.

• Concept and Design Relevance

• The design approach focused on two key objectives:

• Brand Identity: Establishing a unique brand identity through design elements and a thematic concept.

• Employee Engagement

• Fostering a sense of pride and belonging among employees by connecting them to the brand’s journey. The resulting design transformed the workplace into a physical representation of Licious’s success, showcasing its identity and values right from the entrance.

• Meat-Themed Ambiance with a Touch of Glamour

• Reflective metallic surfaces and a red and salmon colour palette evoke the world of meat while maintaining a sophisticated feel. Subtle design elements like chopping board partitions and ceiling elements inspired by meat slices reinforce the theme.

• Welcoming Entrance

• A bold statement with a logo wall, chopping board partitions, and a table resembling a wooden log sets the tone for the experience.

• Central Gastro Studio

• The heart of the space, resembling a European Fish Market, serves as a social hub and content creation platform. Copper chimney, wooden rafters, spice wall, and stackable wooden pouffes create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

• Working Area

• Divided into two sections with the Gastro Studio at the centre, fostering a sense of community. Individual workspaces with natural light maximize focus, while team tables and high tables cater to different work styles.

• Thematic Meeting Rooms

• Creatively named after meat and meat-related dishes, each room features unique wall graphics and design elements reflecting its theme.

• In Conclusion

• Space Matrix’s design for Licious’s “MEATY” Workplace successfully achieved the client’s vision by creating a functional, engaging, and brand-reflective space. The design elements and thematic approach not only embody Licious’s identity but also foster a sense of community and belonging among its employees.
