- Rockefeller Capital Management approached HLGstudio with the desire to develop a presence in Atlanta aligned with their growing client base that includes some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs. The results of this collaboration was the transformation of a 26,000-square-foot third-generation space into a modern, sophisticated office in Atlanta’s Buckhead district that reflects the legacy and stability long associated with the Rockefeller family.
- The primary focus of the design is a conference center on the main level where team members can welcome, host and engage investors in settings that support a variety of different meeting sizes and styles. The upper level has been tailored to accommodate employee offices and meeting spaces in an open, light filled work environment to supports day-to-day operations. An interconnecting staircase was designed to provide a direct visual and physical link between the office and hospitality areas.
