MKDA crafted a luxurious, residential-inspired workplace for Panagram, an asset management company, at Park Avenue Tower. The team used soft-tone products, various textures, and organic curves to construct a sophisticated and elevated workplace experience that seamlessly blends opulence and comfort with functionality.

Beginning in the elevator lobby, a curved recessed ceiling guides users inside, establishing a sense of grandeur and stimulating visual interest. Employees and guests are then greeted by an abundance of wood and lush greenery in the reception area, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. MKDA integrated custom branded millwork, a bespoke reception desk, and modern globe pendant lighting to further build on the distinctive nature of the space.

The project team devised a number of impactful collaborative areas to cultivate a culture of belonging and encourage meaningful social interactions. Among them are multiple conference rooms, a fully stocked coffee bar and cafe, and several enclosed lounges, including a versatile game room that can double as an event space. These shared spaces can accommodate both formal meetings and casual discussions, serving as dynamic hubs for a range of work and social activities. Aesthetically, the design features striking blue millwork and open ceilings, which are carefully balanced with calming wood tones and soft curved lines. This juxtaposition combines boldness and modernity with a touch of natural elegance and fluidity to create inspirational and creative communal settings.
