Drawing inspiration from Mars Wrigley’s vibrant brand identity and unwavering commitment to fostering happiness, we conceptualized a design that embodies openness, dynamism, and cultural immersion. Central to our design approach was the creation of open and dynamic spaces that encourage interaction and collaboration among employees. We envisioned a street-style/townhall space that serves as the heart of the office, seamlessly connecting different areas and fostering a sense of community. This concept not only promotes teamwork but also evokes the feeling of being in an outdoor environment, instilling a sense of freedom and creativity in the workspace.

In response to Mars Wrigley’s request for a funky design, we incorporated bold colors and symmetrical shapes throughout the office. These design elements add a playful yet organized aesthetic to the space, stimulating creativity and energy among employees. By infusing the workspace with vibrant hues and geometric patterns, we aimed to create an environment that sparks joy and inspires innovation.

In addition to prioritizing employee wellbeing and creativity, we are proud to announce that Mars Wrigley’s office has achieved LEED Gold Certification, a testament to our shared commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. This prestigious certification signifies our dedication to reducing the environmental impact of the office through advanced green building strategies and technologies. From energy and water conservation measures to enhanced indoor environmental quality, our design incorporates sustainable practices that contribute to a healthier and more environmentally responsible workplace.
