- Based on the building’s history, we have contributed to a modern and flexible framework around some of the most innovative and ambitious tech-heads in the country.
- Universitetsgata 2 has been transformed from an introverted 60s office building into an open and dynamic work arena. Through creative approaches where closed, dark areas have been turned into bright, active and flexible spaces, the building has been given a new lease of life.
- The concept accommodates both workplaces with short and longer memberships for individuals or larger companies. It houses a course and conference center with cinema-standard auditorium, TV studio and exhibition arena. Here there is even a restaurant, bar, take away, beer brewery and wine cellar.
- Humour, playfulness and a bit of madness are the ingredients of the interior concept, which takes care of elements from the building’s 60s modernism combined with future-oriented elements. In this way, history is respected while at the same time forming a good backdrop for the future.
