- Always with the mission of offering a simplified, positive, and human experience guided by design, A+ has come a long way since its beginnings in 2005. From a company of student painters to a general contractor, from the residential sector to commercial, and from a project management firm to an integrated design firm, its evolution has been remarkable! It was therefore natural to continue this trajectory by investing in a space that better aligns with our identity, capabilities, and service offering. Located in the heart of Rosemont, our new office is much more than just a workspace; it’s a true incubator for our ideas and ambitions.
- We acquired the neighboring building to our former office to expand and refresh our working environment. With a surface area of 8,000 sq. ft., our offices occupy part of the building, while 7 rental units are located on the top floor. Our space is clean and minimalist, with white and wood elements coexisting harmoniously. The rounded corners, central island, and curved metal staircase make the space unique. We have two meeting rooms, a large collaborative area, three informal zones, several private offices, and a large kitchen. In addition, we have a rooftop terrace and a gym, offering our employees extra spaces to relax and stay active.
- What sets our office apart is its welcoming atmosphere; several artworks on the walls evoke the feeling of home and create a warm ambiance. The concrete structure and garage doors were preserved to maintain the authenticity of the building. Every detail has been carefully chosen to create an environment that inspires creativity and fosters productivity.
