GRADE’s Miami Penthouse was a full 5,500 SF apartment renovation with design and decoration of the interiors, including the expansive 3,000 SF outdoor terrace with pool overlooking Miami Beach. The client—a discerning collector of furniture and art who brings an acute understanding of special renovation projects—envisioned her home transformed into a memorable and inviting family environment with a distinct coastal feel, full of warmth and fun. Clean architectural lines and details—as simple as possible—create a sophisticated backdrop to support a highly curated selection of furniture and decoration, featuring a bold color palette.
