- The FASTFIVE Magongnaru Branch spans approximately 1,000 pyeong (3,300 sqm) and is located in the Magong Industrial Complex. It boasts a strategic location near Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport, with direct access to the Magongnaru Station, which serves both Subway Line 9 and the Airport Railroad Express.
- The Magongnaru branch is housed in the premium building, Le West CP1. The existing exterior and interior design of the building features a modern and urban aesthetic, which may sometimes feel cold and impersonal. To counteract this, FASTFIVE incorporated natural color tones and curved spatial designs to create a warmer, user-friendly atmosphere that enhances comfort and engagement.
- FASTFIVE Magongnaru Branch incorporates the ‘Archway’ concept to maximize spatial flow and openness. By integrating curved structures and arch-shaped design elements throughout the space, it creates a smooth and natural circulation while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. This approach transforms the workspace into more than just an office—it becomes an inspiring environment where creative ideas can flourish.

- A spacious main lounge is complemented by five sub-lounges, strategically placed to enhance workflow efficiency and convenience, providing diverse areas for work and relaxation.

- A total of 18 shared meeting rooms and a seminar room accommodating up to 40 people are available, supporting meetings and events of various sizes.
- – Focus Zones & Phone Booths
- Focus zones are provided for individual work, while private phone booths enhance concentration and privacy, boosting work efficiency.
- With its harmonized natural design elements and ergonomic spatial planning, FASTFIVE Magongnaru ensures an inviting and efficient workspace that balances professionalism with warmth and comfort for its users.
