The layout is divided into two zones: an office area for the managers and a guard room. Additionally, the facility includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping area for the staff.We intentionally left the concrete ceiling exposed and used poured concrete flooring throughout. Acoustic panels (ULTRABOARD )with a texture resembling compressed dry grass were used to address sound insulation — they are not only functional but also add a natural and soft touch to the space. Throughout the design, we aimed to achieve a harmonious color palette that supports a calm and productive atmosphere.Right at the entrance, visitors are greeted by clear and visible wayfinding elements, made noticeable through their color. The navigation, accessories, and kitchen became the key visual accents of the interior. We chose to highlight all of these details in a warm honey-orange shade, which brings a sense of warmth, energy, and a light, uplifting mood to the space.For the kitchen, we used OSB — an oriented strand board with a distinctive texture. Our solution was to paint it in the same honey-orange shade, the project’s accent color. The surface remains textured, yet smooth to the touch and visually soft.The existing brick wall has a character of its own — we chose to preserve its texture by painting it in a muted warm gray tone.To ensure comfortable work for the managers, we designed a large, wide desk with built-in power outlets — a practical solution that simplifies everyday office routines.
