The design studio Fyra, together with ARK Helsinki and developer Cobbleyard Real Estate, has reconstructed a red brick building in the centre of Helsinki, built between 1925 and 1933 by Onni Tarjanne. Initially, the Konelabra complex was based on the laboratories of the Technological University, in recent years it was empty, and now there are offices and showrooms - one of the tenants became the studio itself.
