A sculptural bronze staircase leads to the upper level, where bedrooms look onto private gardens, with sightlines to the beach and city beyond. “The first floor feels as though you’ve entered this boutique gallery space,” she says. On the rooftop, a light-filled pavilion and garden is one of many of the home’s many incredible entertaining areas, offering panoramic views over the bay. “The home has such a variety of entertaining spaces, which was paramount during the design process,” she says. “The ground floor is perfect for large events where you can host big dinners on the central dining table.”Key to the success of The Promenade is collaboration. “Having worked together on so many projects over the years, we’ve really learned to trust each other’s judgments,” says Luke. “And I feel like this is why our homes feel so considered and so refined.”
