From the outside, the house presents itself as a composition of classical travertine-clad walls, arranged in overlapping layers that both conceal and reveal. The warm, earthy tone of the travertine lends a timeless character, grounding the house in its natural setting.
Subtle openings offer curated glimpses of the interior, evoking a sense of depth and privacy. The attic, distinguished by black brick cladding, adds a contrasting texture and anchors the composition with a sense of quiet solidity.

A key feature of the design is the dynamic slanted roof that descends seamlessly to form the back wall of the house. This continuous gesture unites roof and façade, creating a sense of movement and sculptural clarity. The slant draws the eye toward the main opening, where light and shadow shift throughout the day, reinforcing the home’s balance between protection and openness.

At the rear, the dining pavilion extends this language with a mirrored slanted roof that opens toward the garden and pool. Together, the two planes establish a subtle architectural dialogue — framing views, drawing light, and tying the composition together through rhythm and symmetry.

The façade is softened by lush vegetation, which frames the stone surfaces, blurring the line between built form and garden.
Beyond the main living spaces, a fully openable dining pavilion extends toward the pool, creating a seamless transition between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. The koi pond, generous swimming pool, and layered roofs and canopies complete the composition — offering light, shade, and calm reflection throughout the day.

As one enters, the experience unfolds into a double-volume dining area — the social heart of the home. Surrounded by the pool and garden, the space feels immersed in nature, bathed in natural light and reflection. Designed for a family who loves to host dinners and gatherings, this central volume captures the spirit of openness and connection that defines the residence.

Throughout the interior, refined cable railings, generous windows, and pockets of planting reinforce the dialogue between architecture and landscape. Sliding glass panels disappear into wall pockets, allowing the garden to flow inward and the home to breathe.
Together, these elements create a home that feels both open and protected — a cocoon of nature and peace nestled within the vibrancy of the city.
