The Mexican architectural firm JSa reconstructed one of the buildings of the former brewery Cervecería Central: the factory built in 1954 was almost completely demolished after the devastating earthquake in 1985. The studio was housed in the only surviving building, which used to produce ice until the 1990s.  “We wanted to create an architecture that combines creativity with rigor and poetry with ethics,” the authors said.
