A logical continuation of the Kazan chain of cafes Fields was a new establishment with a more “restaurant” concept, the interior of which was developed by Leila Kamalova’s studio. The authors faced the challenge of conveying all the warmth and care that people invest in cooking through design. The interior included bas-reliefs, tactile materials and an abundance of handcrafts. Passengers can still notice from the street, how in the kitchen employees bake bread - a small detail, on which the customer made a special emphasis.
