The São Paulo home is also a sanctuary, born of the need for a restful retreat after much globetrotting. “After years of living between Los Angeles, London, and São Paulo, I felt a strong pull to anchor our family life back in Brazil,” de Santi explains. “We have many friends here, and much of my work and sourcing also takes place in the city.” The apartment he chose is in the Jardins neighbourhood, an area he’s always loved for its leafy, quiet character. “The moment I saw it, I was struck by its generous scale, natural light, and the feeling of privacy,” he says.
