Guided by the spirit of “a world in bloom, a legend of the sea,” it artfully weaves together Shanghainese elements such as white magnolias and vintage lattice windows with nautical inspirations, continuing the city’s enduring dialogue between the old and the new.

Centered on the concept of “artful living,” the design embodies the pinnacle of Shanghaistyle elegance. The vastness of the Huangpu River and the clarity of the skyline are brought indoors, with transparent structures and flowing curves creating an “indoor art museum.” Natural travertine, golden fireplaces, and greenery intertwine to evoke a harmony between nature and art, expressing the contemporary poetic elegance of Shanghai luxury through the play of light and shadow.

Bathed in a unified terracotta hue, past dreams are revisited, evoking the tranquil undertones behind the heyday of the Old City’s ‘Ten-Mile Foreign Concession.’ Amid the bustle of Shanghai, it stands as a distinguished urban salon for the city’s elite.

Echoing a century of lilong heritage, this legendary residence revives the enduring charm of old Shanghai. By weaving the architectural language of Shikumen, lilong lanes, and historic mansions into contemporary design, the project restores the city’s signature refinement and grandeur. Through red brick, smoky crystal glass, and Art Deco lines, the space exudes a poised and modern elegance — offering rare serenity and cultivated taste within the heart of a bustling metropolis.

Anchored in the spirit of “Viewing the Sea, Climbing the Mountains,” the design translates China Merchants Bank’s philosophy of “adapting to change and embracing openness” into spatial storytelling. Through a “station system” that links work, social, and relaxation scenarios, it creates a future financial workplace ecosystem that is artistic, digital, cultural, and ecologically integrated.

Themed "Soaring Egret, Flying over the Maritime Silk Road," the design uses "twin towers synergy" and "streamlined wing forms" to echo aviation imagery. It integrates "Southern Fujian culture, flight technology, and five-star service" into the office experience, highlighting the brand appeal of an international airline.

天际流光，全时互联。CCD以“云核”爲概念，重构高层办公的空间秩序，在立体交织的结构中实现全时互联与多维共生。以自然与科技爲媒介，传递传音“智慧、创新、年轻”的品牌精神，构筑立体共享的绿色生态办公新境。
Flowing light along the skyline, seamlessly connected at all times. CCD’s “Cloud Core” concept redefines the spatial order of high-rise offices, achieving continuous connectivity and multi-dimensional co-existence within a layered structural framework. Using nature and technology as a medium, it conveys Transsion’s brand spirit of “intelligence, innovation, and youth,” shaping a three-dimensional, shared, and green ecological workplace.

Overlooking Marina Bay Sands and lush garden vistas, the design adopts a “journey through changing scenes” approach, weaving tropical greenery into the urban business environment to celebrate the harmony of nature and city life.
