Defined by charcoal grey tones, the living zone features a simple arrangement of elegant, low-profile furnishings from DePadova. The slim geometric lines of the modular R.I.G. shelving system by Mikal Harrsen for MA/U Studio are echoed in the Sen low table, black leather LC03 armchair and ethereal Elementi floor lamp by designer Elisa Ossino, adding a sense of order and precision to the space. The modular Erei sofa, also by Ossino, offers a compelling textural moment. “The simplicity and understated design of these pieces are a perfect expression of the client’s brief,” says Lane.In the bathroom, the Boffi Quadtwo vanity in Corian is paired with the brand’s discreet Minimal tapware and a mirrored coplanar cabinet. Salvatori’s Crema d’Orcia textured tiles complement the tones of the oak flooring and add warmth while also complementing the overall look. Storage in the mezzanine bedroom and walk-in robe is equally considered, with full-height Boffi Antibes robes that offer functionality while maintaining a pared-back aesthetic. Every joinery element, from robes to vanity to kitchen, is finished in the same warm white lacquer, contributing to the apartment’s uninterrupted flow. “There is a refined minimal design language that DePadova and Boffi share which allows the products to sit seamlessly in this project,” says Lane.
