Kirribilli Residence | Mim Design | 2025 | 澳大利亚

Kirribilli Residence shimmers on the harbour as a luxurious place to relax and entertain u2013 its silhouettes and surfaces reflecting a contemporary interpretation of 1920s opulence while savouring incredible vistas. Inspired by Art Deco speakeasies, Mim Design’ architecture, interiors, and furniture curation transform a challenging subterranean site into a luminous and sumptuous retreat. Through its strategic new floorplan, Mim Design has opened every key space in the twobedroom home to breathtaking, up-close views of the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the city skyline.

Richly appointed interiors are glamorous yet liveable. Light plays across custom ombru00e9 brass panels, polished plaster, Italian marble, and stainless steel columns. Curved geometries reference the Sydney Opera House, including revived chevron oak flooring, recessed illuminated ceilings, and concave columns. In the glass-and-marble ensuite, the bathtub is carefully positioned for stunning views of the Sydney Opera House. There is an eclectic playfulness in Mim Design’ sculptural forms, tactile finishes, and natural materials, resulting in a characterful home perfectly attuned to its iconic setting.
