For the headquarters of the hospitality group, The Lo & Behold Group, we have transformed a historic Brutalist library into a dynamic workspace that celebrates connection and creativity. The offices sit within Singapore’s iconic New Bahru cultural destination - a former school in the heart of the city.

Tasked with creating a dynamic workspace that embodies the group’s forward-thinking approach to hospitality, Nice Projects balanced the building’s strict modernist geometry - featuring soaring vaulted ceilings - with warm, communal spaces. The scale and elegance of the architecture is finely balanced to create a series of meeting rooms, executive offices and a lounge area. Custom workstations with cork-lined walls, and a dedicated production zone for photography, reflect the group’s creative ethos, while stained timber accents add warmth to create a strong brand identity.
