The result is a space that feels changed yet instantly recognisable. Light timber now grounds the palette, adding warmth and texture to the main dining room. Odette’s signature curved screens remain, reinterpreted through intricate marquetry patterns that elevate a defining feature of the original design.A grid of integrated lights crowns the dining room, casting a soft, diffused glow and building on the original 1930s architecture. Custom banquettes soften the room’s geometry. New tables with glass and brass bases enhance the dining experience. An art installation by Singaporean artist Dawn Ng welcomes guests at the entrance to the restaurant.
