The design sought to preserve the generosity of the open plan while allowing each space to feel distinct and intimate. Rather than introducing walls, the interior is organised around a sculptural kitchen island clad in bespoke terracotta tiles, handcrafted by Atelier Franssens. Their warm, earthy texture subtly echoes the tones and geometry of the seaside promenade, creating a quiet connection between the home and its surroundings. At the heart of the apartment, an open Nomad Library sits as a subtle architectural element. More than a piece of furniture, it gently defines the different living areas while preserving uninterrupted views of the sea. Its open structure allows daylight, sightlines and movement to flow naturally throughout the home.
