康拉德奥兰多酒店的设计灵感来自佛罗里达州的 1,000 多个天然温泉、世界上最大的温泉集中地以及毗邻该物业的 500 英亩自然保护区，其设计与该地区的自然景观同步，营造出室内外环境，激发放松与恢复活力之间的和谐。该酒店由全球建筑公司 HKS 和室内设计公司 Anderson/Miller 设计，以大胆、现代的设计将客人带到热带地区，这在佛罗里达州中部的豪华酒店场景中是独一无二的。康拉德·奥兰多（Conrad Orlando）是陆地和海洋的当代反映，采用有机形状和流畅的线条来模拟水的流动，而天然木材色调和石灰石等区域材料的使用则与陆地建立了联系。
